H. Robin, M. D., chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans and the City of New Orleans, personally appeared J. Kelly an undertaker native of this city residing at No. 527 Elysian Fields Ave. who hereby declares that HERMANN BOESCH (White) a native of New Orleans, La. aged 60 years, departed this life yesterday (20th of April 1925) at 2019 Franklin Ave., in this city. Cause of Death Primary carcinoma of bronchi with metastases to lungs; plura and abdomen especially liver Certificate of Dr. Gus Bel Deceased was married to Marie Barrois a draftsman Delgado Trade School and the son of Edward Boesch a native of La. and Bernadine Mueller a native of Germany. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid J. Kelly as also in that of P. H. Lanauze and W. J.
