R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, personally appeared P. J. Schoen and undertaker, native of this city residing at No. 527 Elysian Fields St. who hereby declares, that LOUIS EMILE BOESCH (white) a native of this city, aged 11 yrs. 11 months departed this life, yesterday (30 Nov. 1897) at No. 626 Independence Street in this city.
