H. Robin, M.D., Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, and theCity of New Orleans, personally appeared J. Laroque, an undertaker native of this city residing at no. 8422 Willow St. who hereby declares that HENRY BRANDT, SR. (white) a native of N.O, La. aged 77 yrs. 11 mos. departed this life this day (3rd of March 1932) at no. 1324 Leonidas St. in this city. Cause of Death: Broncho Pneumonia, Cardio Renal Disease Certificate of Dr. P. Cocchiara Deceased was the husband of the late Caroline Boesch, a wood worker and the son of Fred Brandt and Louise Rehm, both natives of Germany. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid J. Laroque as also in that of P. H. Lanauze and W. J. Prudhomme both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year first above written. P.
