Be it Remembered, That on this day to=wit: the Twenty Third of February in
the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Four and the One
Hundred and Eighteenth of the independence of the United States of America,
before me, S. R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans,
personally appeared Peter Betz, Jr. an undertaker, a native of this city
residing at Carrollton in this city who hereby declares that Frubert Boesch
(White) a native of Baden, Germany, aged 78 yrs., 11 mos. 11 days departed
this life, yesterday (22 Feb 1894) at No. 75 Washington Street, Carrollton
this city.

Cause of Death Brain Softening

Deceased was married 56 years in this city.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid P. Betz, Jr. as
also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze, L. B. Goblback (?) both of this City
witnesses, by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands,
together with me, after reading hereof, this day, month and year first above
written.
