BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day to wit:  the Twenty-Seventh of December in the year 
of our Lord, One thousand, nine hundred and Ninety and the One hundred and 15 of the 
Independence of the United States of America, before me, S. R. Olliphant, M. D. Chairman 
of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and 
for the Parish of Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, personally appeared
H. L. Frantz, an undertaker, a native of Alsace, residing at No. 155 N. Peters 
Street who hereby declares, that Winifred Roper, lawful wife of Hugh Campbell 
(white) native of Ireland, aged 55 years, departed this life yesterday (26 December 
1890) at No. 180 South Franklin Street, in this city.
