Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the Eighth of March in 
the year of our LOrd, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Eight and the 
One Hundred and 32 of the Inedpendance of the United States of America, 
before me, W.T. O'Reilly, M.D., Chairman of the Board of Health and 
Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the 
Parish of Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, personally appeared 

J. H. Burns. an undertaker native of this city residing at 731(?) 
Elysian Fields Ave. who hereby declares that 

		Frank James Carreras (WHITE) 

a native of this city, aged 46yrs, 7months, 18days, departed this life 
yesterday. (7 March 1908) at no 2617 N. Claiborne in this city. Cause 
of Death tubercular laryngytis. Certificate of Dr. R. A. Tudury. Deceased 
is married; a laborer. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the 
aforesaid J. H. Burns. as also in that of P.H. Lanauze and H. P. Fruthaster 
both of this city, witnesses requested so to be, who have hereunto set their 
hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year above 
written.
