H. ROBIN, M.D., Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, personally appeared E.J. Manuel. an undertaker native of this city residing at 831 Elysian Fields Ave. who hereby declares that Gabriel W. Carreras (white), a native of Mahon Spain, aged 42 yrs, departed this life yesterday. (30 Oct 1917) at no 2045 Elysian Fields Ave in this city. Cause of Death Acute Dilatation. Certificate of Dr. R.A. Tudury. Deceased was married. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid E.J. Manuel. as also in that of P.H. Lanauze and R.J. Nides(?) both of this city, witnesses requested so to be, who have hereto set their hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year first above written.
