Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the TENTH of February 
in the year of our LOrd, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and THIRTY 
and the One Hundred and 54 of the Inedpendance of the United 
States of America, before me, WM. H. ROBIN, M.D., Chairman of the 
Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and 
Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, and the City of New 
Orleans, personally appeared 

J. Kelly. an undertaker native of this city residing at no 527 
Elysian Fields Ave. who hereby declares that 

	MARIE SEIBERT WID OF FRANK J. CARRERAS. (WHITE) 

departed this life YESTERDAY. (9TH of February 1930) AT NO 1326 ELYSIAN 
FIELDS AVE IN THIS CITY. Cause of Death BRO. PNEUMONIA, URAMMIS, CARDIO 
RENAL. Certificate of Dr. S.J. ROSENTHAL. DECEASED WAS THE DAUGHTER OF 
EDWARD SEIBERT, A NATIVE OF ALSACE LORRAINE AND MARIE WOLFSEHLOEGEL, A 
NATIVE OF SWITZERLAND. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the 
aforesaid J. KELLY. as also in that of P.H. Lanauze and W.J. Prudhomme 
both of this city, witnesses requested so to be, who have hereto set 
their hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and 
year above written.
