Be it Remembered, That on this day to-wit: the Twenty Second December in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty four... 
personally appeared, Francois Boisdore, a native of New Orleans
residing on Bagatelle Street No. 264 in this city, who by these presents
declares that 

	Achille Barthelemy Courcelle 

a native of New Orleans aged about sixty one years Died on the twenty 
first instant (21st December 1864) at five o'clock P.M. corner of St. 
Philip and St. Claude streets. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence 
of the aforesaid Francois Boisdore as also in that of Messrs. Paul E. 
Crozat, Theo Bigot both of this city...,
