Chopping, M.D., President Board of Health and ex-officio Recorder of Births, Marriages and Deaths, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared: CARMELO Dantoni, native of Italy, residing at No. 60 St. Phillips Street who hereby declares that his daughter: MARIA DANTONI (white), aged 22 years, a native of Palermo Italy died on the fifth of the month (5 September 1878) at his aforesaid residence in this city. Cause of death Yellow Fever, certificate of Dr. S. Martin, 2 years in city. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid C. Dantoni as also that of Messrs. H. Robcheaux and P. H.
