Be it Remembered, That on this day to=wit  the Twenty-sixth of June 
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty five 
and the One Hundred and 59 of the independence of the United States 
of America before me W. H. Rodin, M.D. Chairman Board of Health and 
Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the 
Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared :

L. Dauenhauer an undertaker, a native of this city residing at  
2512 Magazine St.. who hereby declares, that

		John Doyle Sr.     (white)  

a native of  N. O. La.  aged 60 years,
departed this life, this day (26 June 1935) at 808 St. Mary St in this city
Cause of Death CHR Endocardltis: CHR Int Nephritis
Certificate of Dr. W. E. Graves
Deceased was Married to Mary Walker; A Deputy Sheriff; and Son of Geo. 
Doyle, and Francis Mountain, A native of Eng.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid L. Dauerhauer 
as also that of Messes P H Lanauze & W. ? Prudhomme both of this city 
witnesses, by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands, 
together with me, after due reading hereof, the day, month and year 
first above written.
