M. Batchelor, M. D., Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, is and for the Parish of Orleans, and the City of New Orleans, personally appeared Thos. Collins, an undertaker, native of this city residing at no. 4800 Canal St. who hereby declares that Mathilda Eberhardt (white) a native of New Orleans, LA. aged 65 years departed this life on 24th of June 1937 at no. 1427 Cambronne Street in this city. Cause of Death: Hypertensive Heart Disease, Cerebral Hemorrhage Certificate of Dr. Sidney M. Copland Deceased was the Widow of Jacob Eberhardt, and the Daughter of Julius Althaus and Charlotte Hickmann, A native of La. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Thos. Collins as also in that of P. H. Lanauze and W. J.
