H. Robin, M. D., Chairman Board of Health and ex-Officio Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans and the city of New Orleans personally appeared C. Preau an undertaker, native of this city residing at No. 1112 N. Rampart St. who hereby declares that Albert Estopinal, Sr. (white) a native of St. Bernard., La.. aged 74years 2 mos. 28days. departed this life yesterday (28th of April, 1919) at St. Bernard Parish, La.. Cause of Death, Chronic Myocarditis Certificate of C. A. Bachemin, Registrar Deceased was married to Eliska Legier, a Congressman, and the son of Joseph Estopinal and ---- Gonzales both natives of Louisiana. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid [C. Preau] as also in that of [P. H. Lanauze & W. J. Prudhomme)] both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first above written.
