Be it remembered that on this day to wit, the Thirtieth of September 
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six and 
the one hundred and 51 of the Independence of the United States of 
America, before me, Wm. H. Robin, M. D., Chairman Board of Health 
and ex-Officio Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for 
the Parish of Orleans and the city of New Orleans personally appeared

C. Preau an undertaker, native of this city residing at No. 1112 N. 
Rampart St. who hereby declares that 

		Marie Eliska Lelia Estopinal, (white) 

a native of St. Bernard Parish, La.. aged 15years departed this life 
this day (30th of September, 1926) at No. 1231 N. Galvez St. in this city 

Cause of Death, Mitral Stenosis
Certificate of Dr. A. E. Fossier

Deceased was the daughter of Benjamin F. Estopinal, and Delphine Jeanfreau, 
both natives of La.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid [C. Preau] as 
also in that of [P. H. Lanauze & W. J. Prudhomme)] both of this city, 
witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands 
together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first 
above written.
