All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************ BE IT REMEMBERED that on this day, to-wit: the fifth of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two and the seventy seventh of the Independence of the United States of America; before me, F. M. Crozat, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder of the Births & Deaths in and for the Parish and City of Orleans, personally appeared Mr. John Corcoran Rogers, residing on St. Paul Street between Iberia & Gerod Streets, First District of this City, to-wit: by these presents declares that his aunt, Elizabeth Corcoran, a native of Ireland aged thirty one years died on the fifteenth day of April of the present year (April 15, 1852) at twenty minutes past nine o'clock, P. M., at the aforesaid residence of deponent. The deceased was married to Mr. Thomas Finney, her surviving consort. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Mr. John Corcoran Rogers as also in that of Messrs. Eugene Lavit & Joseph Gros, both of this City, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands, together with me, after due reading hereof, the day, month and year first above written.
