All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************ BE IT REMEMBERED That on this day, to-wit: the Seventh of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Nine and the ninety fourth of the Independence of the United States of America, before me, L. Pessou, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder of Births and Deaths in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, personally appeared Thomas W. Bothick, a native of Ireland residing Corner of Camp and Doled Streets in this City who thereby declared that Thomas Finney, a native of Ireland and about sixty one years died on the sixth instant (October 6th 1869) in a house situated at No. 213 Liberty Street in this City. Cause of Death: Paralysis Certificate of Dr. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Thomas W. Bootlick as also in that of Messrs. A. A. Laffenanderie & Henry Con, both of this City, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me, after due reading hereof, the day, month and year first above written.
