All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************ Death Certificate of Pasquale Grego Be it Remembered, that on this day to-wit: the Twenty-second of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Three and the One Hundred and 28 of the independence of the United States of America, before me, Quitman Kohnke, M.D., Chairman Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans, personally appeared P. Lamana, an undertaker, native of Italy, residing on St. Philip near Royal Sts. who hereby declares, that Pasquale Grego (white) a native of Italy, aged 56 years departed this life yesterday (21 Sept. 1903) at No. 1923 Marais Street, in this city. Cause of Death: Typhoid fever Certificate of Dr. C. N. Charigny Deceased was married, 30 years in city and a Laborer Birth place of parents Italy. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid P. Lamana, as also in that of P. H. Lanauze, J. T. O'Dowd both of this City, witnesses, by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me, after reading hereof, this day, month and year first above written.
