D. Chairman Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans, personally appeared William Betz, an undertaker, native of this city residing at no. 720 Dante St. who hereby declares, that was Widow Loulou Gauglitz nee Althaus ( white) a native of this city, aged 25 yrs. 6 months and 19 days departed this life this day (2 Feb. 1899) at 1001 Constance Street, in this city.
