Death Certificate for Gaignard, Madeleine Anne (Mrs. Manuel Barriere)

Be it remembered, that on this day, to wit:  the Tenth of September 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty Eight ...
in and for the Parish and City of Orleans, personally appeared 

Louis Gaignard, a native of New Orleans residing corner of Villere 
and Ursulines streets in this City, who hereby declares that Mrs. 
Manual Barriere born Madeleine Anne Gaignard a native of the Island 
of Cuba aged fifty Eight years died on ... September 9th 1868 at half
past one oclock PM at her residence no 256 Robertson Street.  Deceased 
maiden name was Madeleine Anne Gaignard.

THUS DONE at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid L Gaignard ...
