H. ROBIN, M. D., Chairman Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and for Parish of Orleans, personally appeared E. Kelly, an undertaker, native of this city, residing at No. 527 Elysian Fields Ave., who hereby declares that Mary Miller, widow of Xavier Droll, & widow of Frank Koelmel (white) a native of Germany, aged 75 years, departed this life yesterday (3 June 1917) at No.2445 Burgandy St. in this city. Cause of death: Chronic Int. Nephritis Certificate of Dr. J. A. Devron "Birth place of parents, Gy." This done at New Orleans, in the presence of aforesaid E. Kelly as also is that of P. H. Lauauze and T. J. ?Rides, both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who has hereto set their hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year first above written.
