Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the twenty first day of May 
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and nine and the 
One Hundred and 33 of the Independence of the Untied States of America, 
before me, W. T. o'Reilly, M.D. Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish 
of Orleans personally appeared P J Schoen undertaker native of New Orleans 
residing at 129 Elysian Fields who Hereby declares that
		Joseph Hans	( White )
a native of Alsace, Germany aged 77y 8m 20d 
departed this life yesterday (21 May 1909) at his home
