Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the thirtyth day of December 
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and twenty one and the 
One Hundred and 46 of the Independence of the Untied States of America, 
before me, John Callan, M.D. Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish 
of Orleans personally appeared G Harting undertaker native of New Orleans 
residing at 527 Elysian Fields who Hereby declares that
		Charlotte Schott widow of Joseph Hans 	( White )
a native of Germany aged 88y
departed this life (30 Dec 1921) at 3900 Dauphin St 
Cause of Death Endveaditis Antie Obstruction
