Appeared R.M. McKilligott, an undertaker, a native of this city, 
residing at No. 1112 Dryades St., who herby declares that Mary 
Swords (widow Maurice Ivory), white, a native of Ireland, aged 
--- years, departed this life, yesterday, 3rd Nov. 1900, at 
2315 Third St. in this city.

Cause of death:  Chronic Nephritis
