Appeared H. L. Frantz, a native of Alsace, residing at No. 155 St. 
Peters St., who hereby declares that Timothy Kelly, (white) a 
native of Ireland, aged 47 years, departed this life yesterday, 
2 June 1881 on St. Ferdinand between Morales and St. Claude Sts. 
In this city.

Cause of death:  pernicious fever
