Be it remembered, That on this day to wit: the Twenty Second of June in the
Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine and the ninety
Fourth of the Independence of the United States of America, before me, L.
Pessou, duly commissioned and sword Recorder of Births and Deaths, and for
the Parish and City of Orleans personally appeared:
                            Patrick Ryan
a native of Ireland, residing no. 246 Tchoupitoulas Street in this city who
hereby declares that
                             Kate Lyons
a native of New Orleans, aged two years and six months, died on the twenty
second instant (June 22, 1869) at half past twelve o'clock a.m. in a house on
Girod Street between Foucher and Tchoupitoulas Streets in this city.

This done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Patrick Ryan as
Also in that of Messrs. A. A. Laffendance, H. Colin both of this city,
Witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands
together with me after due reading hereof the day, month, and year first
above written.
