Pessou, duly commissioned and sword Recorder of Births and Deaths, and for the Parish and City of Orleans personally appeared: Peter Lyons a native of Ireland, residing on Poet Street No. 50 in this city, who hereby declares that Maggie Lyons a native of Iowa, aged one year and eight months, died on the third instant (June 3, 1869) at eleven o'clock p.m. at deponent residence. Deceased was the lawful issue of deponent with Mary Ryan, a native of Ireland. (Certificate of Dr. J? J? Lyons.) This done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Peter Lyons as also in that of Messrs. H.? Laffendance, H.
