Be it remembered, That on this day to wit: the Fourth of June in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine and the ninety fourth
of the Independence of the United States of America, before me, L. Pessou,
duly commissioned and sword Recorder of Births and Deaths, and for the Parish
and City of Orleans personally appeared:
                               Peter Lyons
a native of Ireland, residing on Poet Street No. 50 in this city, who hereby
declares that
                              Maggie Lyons
a native of Iowa, aged one year and eight months, died on the third instant
(June 3, 1869) at eleven o'clock p.m. at deponent residence.  Deceased was
the lawful issue of deponent with Mary Ryan, a native of Ireland.

This done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Peter Lyons as also
in that of Messrs. H.? Laffendance, H. Colin both of this city, witnesses
by me requested fo to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me
after due reading hereof the day, month, and year first above written.
