21 Sept. 1878 appeared T. L. McNeill, native of Louisiana, residing 
at No. 205 Magazine St. in this city who hereby declares that Michael 
Lyons, (white) a native of Ireland, aged 43 years, died on the 20th 
instant (Sept. 20, 1878) at the corner of Girod and Tchopitoulas Sts. 
In this city.

Cause of death:  Intestinal hemorrhage

Certificate of Dr. William E. Kennedy

Saleskeeper, 25 years in this city, married
