17th October 1878 appeared Dennis Donegan, a native of Ireland, 
residing at No. 24 Felicity St. who hereby declares that Robert 
Alexander Lyons (white), a native of this city, aged 3 years,
9 months, and 11 days, died on the 16th instant (October 16, 
1878) at No. 307 Fulton St. in this
city.

Cause of death:  Yellow Fever
