D., Chairman Board of Health and ex-Officio Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans and the city of New Orleans, personally appeared F Laudumiey an undertaker, native of this city residing 1112 No. Rampart St. who hereby declares that Mrs. George P. Menard born Adele Legier, (white) a native of N. O., La.. aged 47 years 11 months 14 da. departed this life yesterday (10th of February 1923) at No. 2531 St. Phillip St.) in this city Cause of Death Carcinoma of Liver, Pulmonary Embolus Certificate of Dr. J. O. Weilbaecher Deceased was the daughter of Octave Legier and Odeide Drouet both natives of N.O.La. Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid F. Laudumiey as also in that of P. H. Lanauze & W. J. Prudhomme both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me, after due reading hereof the day, month and year first above written.
