D., Chairman Board of Health and ex-Officio Recorder of Births Deaths and Marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans personally appeared F. Laudumiey a undertaker, native of this city residing at No. 1112 N. Rampart who hereby declares that Octave Legier, Sr., (white) a native of this city. aged 58 years 11 months departed this life yesterday (11 Feb. 1905) at No. 1218 N. Broad Street in this city Cause of Death Cerebral Hemorrhage, Certificate of Dr. (?) Deceased was married & a (?). Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid F. Laudumiey as also in that of P. H. Lanauze & C. M.
