Be it Remembered, That on this day to-wit:  the Twenty Fourth of June in the 
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Four and the One 
Hundred and Eighteenth of the independence of the United States of America, 
before me, S. R. Olliphant, M. D., President Board of Health and Ex-Officio 
Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, 

personally appeared 
E. G. Sanders a undertaker a native of this city residing at No. 155 N. Peters 
St. who hereby declares, that 

		CATTARINA VERDICHEZZI, (white) 

widow of S. MANGIAPANE a native of Italy, aged 36 years departed this life 
yesterday (23 June 1894) at cor Treme Dumaine  St., this city.

Cause of Death   Peritonitis
Certificate of Dr. H. N. Panor???
Deceased was a resident of this city for 13 years
Birth place of parents Italy
Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid E. G. Sanders as 
also in that of Messrs. P. H. Lanauze, L. B. Gehlbach both of this City 
witnesses, by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands, 
together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year first above 
written.

Cattarina was a resident of N.O. for about 20 years.
She was married to Santo Mangiapane for about 13 years.
