All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************ Be it Remembered, That on this day to wit: the Eighteenth of July in the year of our Lord, One Thousand, eight Hundred and fifty five and the eightieth of the Independance of the United States of America, before me, PIERRE LACOSTE, duly commisioned and sworn RECORDER OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS in and for the Parish and City of Orleans, personally appeared Mrs Catherine Nata aged thirty three years residing in this city on Frenchmen street between Morales and Goodchildren Streets third district who by these presents declares that that on the eleventh of July of this present year (July 11th 1855) at about Eight o clock A.M. her husband JAMES NATA a native of Port Mahon Island of Minorca Spain a Coffeehouse Keeper aged thirty six years departed this life at the aforementioned residence. Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid Catherine Nata as also in that of Messrs. Laconde D. Jorda & S. Edward Birmundy? both of this city, witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year above written.
