Be It Remembered, That on this day to=wit:  the Twenty- Fifth 
of July in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and 
Thirty-Four and the One Hundred and 59 of the Independence of 
the United States of America, before me, Wm. H. Robin, M. D., 
Chairman of the Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of 
Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish of Orleans, 
and the City of New Orleans, 

personally appeared 
A. F. Bultmann, Jr. and undertaker native of this city residing 
at No. 3338 St. Chas. Ave. who hereby declares that 

		Miss AMELIA PFEIFFER (white) 

a native of _______ aged 58 yrs. departed this life on the 
twenty-third inst. (23rd of July 1934) at Jackson La.

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid A. F. Bultmann, 
Jr. as also in that of P. H. Lanauze and U. J. Prudhomme both of this city 
witnesses by me requested so to be who have hereunto set their hands 
together with me, after reading hereof this day, month and year first above 
written.
