Be it remembered, That on this day to wit: the seventeenth of April 
in the year of our Lord, One Thousand,Nine Hundred and twenty nine 
and the one hundred and 53 of the Independence of the United States 
of America, before me Wm. H. Robin, M.D. Chairmen of the Board and 
Health od Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths and Marriages in and 
for the Parish of Orleans, and City of New Orleans,

personally appeared 
W.Betz and undertaker native of this city residing at no. 7511 Maple 
Street who hereby declares that 

			Josephine A. Fleury (white) 

wid of Joseph C. Raymond  a native of N.O. LA aged 69 yrs 6 mos. 6 dys 
departed this life yesterday (16th of April 1929) at no. 916 Pine Street 
in this city. 

Cause of Death Coronary Occlusion, Angina Pectoris, Arterio Sclerosis, 
Mycarditis

Deceased was the Daughter of Joseph Fleury, A Native of Mass and Juliet 
Jacquet a native of LA.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid W. Betz as also 
in that of P.R. Lanauze and W.J. Prudhomme both of this city witnesses by 
me requested so to be, who have hereto set their hands together with me 
after reading hereof this day month and year first above written
