March 14, 1876 appeared M. Short, a native 
of New Orleans, residing at No. 533 love 
Street in this city who hereby declares 
that 

		Ann Rice, 

a native of Ireland, aged 33 years, a 
washerwoman, died this day, Mar. 14, 
1876, at No. 164 Franklin St. in this 
city.  

Conjugal condition:  widow.

Certificate of Dr. J. J. Lyons.  

Cause of death:  pulmonary consumption

Witnesses:  Janes Davis, H. Colin, M. Short
