13th Dec., 1866, appeared Bernard Rice, 
a native of Ireland, residing at No. 
333 Howard St., 1st Dist. in this city, 
who by these presents declares that his 
mother 

		Anne Rice, 

a native of Ireland, aged 60 years, 
died on the 13th instant (13th Dec. 
1866) at half past 2 o'clock a.m. at 
the deponent's aforesaid residence.  

This done in New Orleans in the 
presence of the aforesaid Bernard 
Rice and also of that of Mssrs. 
Paul Emile Crozat, Jr. and J.M. 
Crozat, Jr.
