6th July 1877 appeared Samuel Rice, a native 
of Philadelphia, residing at No. 271 Chippewa 
St. in this city declares that 

	David Thomas Rice (white), 

native of this city, aged 5 months and 3 weeks, 
died on thie 6th instant (July 6, 1877) at 
deponent residence in this city.

Cause of death:  Eclampsia Infantum
