3 Nov. 1873  Thomas Bothick, a native 
of Ireland, residing on Camp. St. in 
this city, who hereby declares that 

		Henry Rice, 

a native of New Orleans, aged 62 years, 
died on the 2nd instant (Nov. 2, 1873) 
in this city on Mystery St.  

Cause of death: general debility.
