14th of Sept. 1867 Appeared Louis Guillaud, a native 
of France, residing at Algiers, who by these presents 
declares that 

		John Rice, 

a native of Ireland, aged 14 years, died on the 14th 
instant, (14 Sept. 1867) at 10 o'clock p.m., at 
Algiers, La; 

done in the presence of the aforesaid Louis Guillaud, 
and also A. Sindoz, and Joseph W. Liautaud.
