11 Sept. 1866  Appeared Christian Stein, a native 
of Germany, residing on Orleans St. in this city 
who by these presents declares that 

		Widow Mary Rice, 

a native of Germany, aged 57 years, died in this 
city at twelve o'clock last night (10th Sept. 1866) 
in this city.
