25th July, 1877 appeared D. Donegan, a native of 
Ireland, residing at No. 24 Felicity St. in this 
city who hereby declares that 

		Mary Rice, (white), 

native of this city, aged 12 days, died on the 
4th instant, (July 24, 1877) at No. 85 Adele St. 
in this city.

Cause of death:  convulsions
