Personally appeared William Rice, a native 
of Ireland, residing on Customhouse St. 
hear Robertson, who by these presents 
declares that 

		Margaret Rice, 

a native of Ireland, aged about 13 years, 
died on the 20th instant, (20 June, 1865) 
at 1 o'clock p.m. in this city at deponent's 
residence.  

Done in the presence of William Rice and 
also Paul E. Crozat and M. Crozat.
