13 Oct. 1873  Appeared John Slattery, a native 
of Ireland, residing in this city, who hereby 
declares that 

		Mrs. Rice, 

a native of La., aged 32 years, died on the 11th 
instant, (11 Oct. 1873) at No. 584 Camp St. in 
this city.  

Cause of death:  Phthisis Pulmonalis.
