6th June 1877 appeared Samuel Rice, a native of 
Philadelphia, residing at No. 271 Chippewa St. 
in this city who hereby declares that 

	Samuel Francis Rice, (white), 

a native of New Orleans, aged 1 year, 11 months, 
1 day, died on the 5th instant (5 June 1877) at 
deponent residence in this city.

Cause of death:  Marasmum Juvenilis
