Be if Remembered, that on this day to-wit: the twenty-third of January in
the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-eight and the
seventy-third of the independence of the United States of America, before
me, F. M. Crozat, duly commissioned and sworn Recorder of Births and Deaths
in and for the Parish and City of Orleans, Personally appeared
Mr. Henry H. Raymond, residing in this city who by these presents declares
that FELICIE RAYMOND, born in this city, aged one year and one month, the
legitimate daughter of deponent and of Mrs. Modeste Curault, died on the
fifteenth day of November eighteen hundred and forty-eight (November 15,
1848) in this city of New Orleans.

Thus done at New Orleans in the presence of the aforesaid Mr. Henry H.
Raymond as also in that of Messrs. Eugene Lawste and ________ Emile Crozat 
both of this city witnesses by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set
their hands, together with me, after reading hereof, this day, month and
year first above written.
