Be it remembered Tha on this day to wit the Sixteenth of March in 
the year of our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred seventy four and 
the ninety eight of the Independce of the Untied States of America 
before me QUITMAN KOHNKE M D Chirman of Health and Ex-Office recorder 
of birth, Deaths and marriages in and for the Parish of Orleans 

Personally appeared 
Gustave Fabian a native of Germany residing corner of Moreau and 
Congress Streets who hereby declares that 

			MINA SEIDENSTICKER 

a native of New Orleans aged elevn years died on the fifteenth of March 
one thousnad eight hundred and seventy four (15 Mar 1874) at deponants residence.
