residing at No. 155 North Peters St. who hereby declares 
that 

		Mrs. Widow Mary Smith, (white), 

a native of Ireland, aged 64 years, departed this life 
yesterday, 26 May, 1893, at Poland near Burgundy Sts. 
In this city.

Cause of death:  apoplexy right (hemiplayer?)

Deceased was a resident of this city for 45 years.

Birthplace of parents -- Ireland.
