Appeared John Dorsey, a native of Ireland, residing at No. 301 
Perdido St. hereby declares that 

		Matthew J. Swords (white), 

a native of this city, aged 28 years and 6 months, departed this 
life yesterday, 19 June, 1892 at No. 305 (or 308?) Perdido St. 
in this city.

Cause of death:  Phthisis Pulmonalis

Certificate of Dr. W.A. Hannon

Deceased was married, birthplace of parents -- Ireland.

Witnesses:  John Dorsey, Lanauze, Voorhies
