BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day, to-wit: the Nineteenth of April 
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and eighty-four, 
and the One Hundred and Eighth of the Independence of the United 
States of America, before me JOSEPH HOLT, M. D., President Board of 
Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, in 
and for the Parish of Orleans, personally appeared

T. E. Lynch, an undertaker, native of Louisiana residing at No. 99 
St. Charles St., who hereby declares that 

		Winifred Simpson, (white), 

a native of this city, aged 2 years, 7 mos. 14 days departed this 
life yesterday (18 April 1884) at No. 303 Girod Street, in this city.
