Be it Remembered, That on this day to=wit  the Tenth of November in the 
year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty five and the One 
Hundred and 50 of the independence of the United States of America before 
me W. H. Rodin, M.D. President Board of Health and Ex-Officio Recorder of 
Births, Deaths and Marriages, in and for the Parish and City of New Orleans, 
personally appeared :

D. G. Dowling an undertaker, a native of this city residing at  1112 
Dryades street who hereby declares, that 

		Paul Sabathe (white)  

a native of  this city  aged 56 years,
departed this life, on the eighth inst.  (8 Nov 1925) at 2432 Rousseau St in this city
Cause of Death Cerebral Hemorrhage, Chr Cardio Renal Disease, Hypertention
Certificate of Dr. I. S. Kavanagh
Deceased was the husband of Mamie Higgins, A Butcher, and the Son of John 
Sabathe, and Victoria Bedwolck, both natives of France

Thus done at New Orleans, in the presence of the aforesaid D. G. Dowling as 
also that of Messes P H Lanauze & W. ? Prudhomme both of this city witnesses, 
by me requested so to be, who have hereunto set their hands, together with me, 
after due reading hereof, the day, month and year first above written.
